Foam Variety

American Made: Starter foam is used in almost every aspect of promotional-priced furniture production. This affordable foam is made by useing a natural CO2 blowing agent to make the foam expand. It is an excellent starter foam especially if not used everyday or under high stress conditions. Depending on cut size, your piece of foam may come with a glue seam. This is nothing to be concerned about since the bond is very strong and will not come apart, nor is it perceptible when using.

High density HR foam provides a great combination of comfort, deep down support and durability. HR foam is an excellent step-up from our better foam and used in high-end furniture and mattresses. HD26 will handle even higher stress conditions. Halogen free. Made on patented environmentally friendly foam process called VPF (Variable Foaming Process). Depending on the size you order, this may come with a glue seam. This is nothing to be concerned about since the bond is very strong and will not come apart, nor is it perceptible when using.

1.8 density 45 ILD used for out door furniture and boats. The water passes through the cushions.

4.5 density 36 ILD used mainly in high end beds and furniture.
